An absorbent article comprising a topsheet and a backsheet, and an absorbent structure comprising an absorbent core; wherein the absorbent article is divided into three portions: a front portion, a back portion and a crotch portion disposed between the front portion and the back portion, and wherein the absorbent article comprises an acquisition time for the first gush of less than about 27 s as measured according to the Flat Acquisition Test Method, wherein one or more portions of the absorbent structure comprises a Kmin/K20 ratio of 0.75 or greater.
